The portal was intended to bring together creative people who were looking for a job and companies from the entertainment industry who seek staff: hotels, restaurants, resorts; former published CVs, and latter created vacancies using convenient UI in their profile. By replying to vacancies with their CVs, people could start the employment process. Upgraded to paid tariff users had extra functions.
